The Challenge

Meadows Academy Preschool was suffering from low enrollment after the economy downturn. They didn’t have consistent branding for their marketing materials and web presence. They also didn’t capitalize on customers searching for preschools online.

New director, Celia Ramey, wanted to increase their regular enrollment as well as summer camp enrollment. She also wanted to build an aftercare program. So when Divine Imaging approached her with a marketing system she decided to give them a try.

The Solution

Divine Imaging first decided to work with Meadows brand identity and created a new branded website, logo, business cards, and letterhead. We implemented and maintain email marketing, Facebook, Twitter, and Google + accounts.

We saw they weren’t using the internet to gather leads so we implemented an SEO Campaign and lead capture form on their site to get leads. We also put in place an email responder campaign that sends out emails to the leads about the preschool and key areas that make them different. We crafted a promotional video and testimonial videos of current parents.

We use teacher lesson plans to create weekly reports that go out to parents at the beginning of each week so they can see what their children will be doing this week.
